Tuesdays & Thursdays

A Health and Fitness session that involves walking, resistance training for strength, stretching, balance and core body strengthening by a qualified trainer. This is a “go-at-your-own-pace” program, so feel free to bring walkers, canes, or crutches, if required. The activities are valuable to a wide age range (45 to 95+), as well as all ability ranges, including all kinds of conditions and disabilities. Comfortable clothes and a comfortable pair of walking shoes are all that’s needed.
